Integrated Facility Services Hawaii (IFSH) is a leader in janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, and site management services across the islands. We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts, grow our client portfolio, and increase revenue across all services.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sales, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in key markets. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and turning leads into long-term customers. Marketing and social media will support your outreach, but your main mission is new business growth.

Job Salary: 75K - 90K annually.

Core Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, referrals, networking events, and social media platforms
Develop and implement sales-driven marketing programs (e.g. email campaigns, direct mail, flyers, brochures, newsletters, and digital media)
Deliver persuasive, high-impact sales presentations to prospects at trade shows, networking events, lunch and learns, and one-on-one meetings
Lead the proposal generation process, including pricing strategy and client-specific tailoring
Follow up on outstanding proposals
Collaborate with the JLM team and Site management teams to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction
Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through proactive communication and regular touchpoints
Track and report on sales performance metrics and forecast revenue growth
Contribute to strategic planning discussions during weekly leadership meetings
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Property Managers, Asset Managers, General Managers, and stakeholders
Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals and upsells
Handle escalations and work with leadership to resolve service or communication issues
Marketing and Social Media
Create and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to engage prospects, share success stories, and boost visibility
Update and maintain company video, website, brochure, and proposal packets to ensure all marketing materials are current and aligned with brand standards
Prepare articles and advertisements for Business Management Hawaii and other media outlets
Develop internal marketing materials for employees including job site postings, newsletters, welcome handbooks, and uniforms
Reporting and Market Intelligence
Track sales metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the executive team
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Provide input into pricing strategy, service packaging, and new market segments
Minimum Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in facilities management or service-based industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously
Self-starter with a growth mindset and results-driven attitude
