Super Supplements, part of The Vitamin Shoppe family, is looking for a part-time Sales Lead to help customers be their best-selves.

You'll help us build loyalty and long-lasting relationships with our customers while creating an easy, personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a direct support for your management team and executing with excellence.
• Achieving and exceeding daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Building loyalty through personalized customer connections and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Working with integrity and acting as Manager On Duty in the absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Efficiently processing customer transactions, merchandising shelves, and pricing products accordingly.
• Mastering product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborating with an amazing team of health enthusiasts.
• Maintaining regular store maintenance, following loss prevention standards, and ensuring timely processing of receipts.
• Being willing to perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications include:

• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and health enthusiasts.
• A passion for the health and wellness industry.
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs as a part-time associate.
• Demonstrate basic technology skills (e.g., point of sale systems, mobile devices, basic troubleshooting) or a willingness to learn and adapt as a key function of the role.

Compensation:

The wage for this position is based on many factors such as role requirements, skill set, years of experience and other organizational needs. The estimated range is $18.00 - $19.50 per hour.
