Retail Sales Lead

Our client, a leader in the retail electronics industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Sales Lead to join their team. As a Retail Sales Lead, you will be an integral part of the sales performance operations, supporting a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a passion for home appliances, and a keen eye for detail, aligning seamlessly with the organization's goals of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $26.00 to $28.00

Shift: A schedule in between 9am to 9pm.

What's the Job?

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to attract customers.

Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and monitoring inventory levels.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or appliances.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Multilingual abilities, especially English and Chinese, are preferred.

Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and handling cash transactions securely.
