Position Summary

The SPS Commerce Sales team succeeds together by building strong partnerships that power the worlds largest retail network. Our Customer Development team plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and connecting with companies that align to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

As a Customer Development Intern, you’ll collaborate with sales professionals, contribute to meaningful revenue-driving work, and be treated as a valued member of Team SPS from day one.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support our sales organization by researching, prospecting, and maintaining accurate data that fuels revenue growth.

  • Research and identify target companies aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Gather and document accurate company information using CRM and prospecting tools
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date records
  • Follow established prospecting processes with consistency and attention to detail
  • Partner with sales and customer development team members to support pipeline goals
  • Assist with additional sales-related projects as needed

Required Qualifications

Location

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Rogers, AR office.
