Sales Executive

New England Wire Products, Inc. (NEWP) is a family-owned, domestic manufacturer of high-quality wire display racks and shelving solutions. For decades, we’ve partnered with customers across the U.S. to deliver dependable products backed by responsive, relationship-driven service. NEWP is experiencing historic growth during this manufacturing boom in America. NEWP has an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be managing accounts while assisting in the sale of display fixtures and cultivating strong customer relations. This position will source new sales opportunities, make cold calls, follow-up on new leads and update the CRM. In this role you will be working closely with engineers, graphic designers, and production in a team-oriented environment to offer creative display solutions to some of America’s largest retailers. This position is hands-on with the office and factory teams so that you can equip yourself with the knowledge of who we are and what we do so you can succeed in selling our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
  • Provide customer service for accounts managed and where needed
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • Work collaboratively with the Design, Engineering, Samples, Logistics, and Production teams
  • Work hands-on with the engineering team on product development for your samples (i.e., review with team, check form/fit/function, etc.)
  • Work with management and design teams to develop in-house marketing, PowerPoint decks, sales tools, etc.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Maintain and manage 15-20 house accounts
  • Weekly reporting and CRM management
  • Must travel to customers and NEWP headquarters in Massachusetts - 10-25% as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven Sales Executive experience
  • Focus on maintaining current relationships while expanding opportunities for revenue growth within those accounts.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and significant cold calling experience
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation: Competitive pay structure with a strong base salary and a very lucrative commission structure. Full-Time: $150,000 - $350,000 a year
