Responsibilities

The automotive sales desk manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

Ensure sales goals are attained

Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff

Ensure sales people are engaging with customers

Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

2-3 years previous automotive sales management required

Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI

Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The California salary pay range for this position is $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes department net and manufacturer approvability, total units. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
