About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions directly in the customer's home.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to strengthen your skills
• Utilize our software to build personalized bath designs
• Provide pricing and close sales on a consistent basis
• Educate homeowners on product features and benefits

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills
• Experience in home sales preferred; remodeling industry experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
• Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Outgoing and personable personality

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance and experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by financial success and flexibility.
