Job Title
Experience: Minimum of one year Retail Sales experience is required for this position
Education: High School Diploma / GED is required per policy
Language: Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred to communicate with customers and staff
Driver's License: Not a factor

Must be self-motivated and results driven, with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Must submit to a background check
Duties
Sales Associates duties and responsibilities include working alongside with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our product, and recommend the right product for them.
The ideal Salesperson is knowledgeable about current and upcoming fashion trends, and passionate about driving customer engagement
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Remain knowledgeable on products and services offered in store
Shift: 11am - 8pm Monday - Saturday
Sunday 12pm - 6pm
