Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide a personalized shopping experience.

Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their needs, preferences, and budget.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, and designer brands.

Explain product features, care instructions, warranties, and financing options.

Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients through follow-ups and excellent service.

Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.

Keep displays organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts.

Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.

Follow loss prevention and security procedures, especially when handling high-value merchandise.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or retail training preferred.

Prior retail or jewelry sales experience is a strong plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
