Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and support overall sales strategies.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized documentation of sales activities.
Support various administrative tasks, including scheduling and follow-up communications.
Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of sales techniques.
Adapt to flexible work hours to accommodate customers in different time zones.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation.
Strong ability to make quick decisions and think critically under pressure.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle complaints and provide solutions with attention to detail.
Knowledge of cash activity and closing processes is a plus.
Comfortable working in a hybrid setting after completing in-office training.
