Job Description
The Leadership Development Associate (LDA) is a role that combines the development aspects of Parker's Leader Development with the general duties of a Parker sales at a division. The program will be a one-year rotational leadership development program designed to cultivate future leaders by combining hands-on sales duties with leadership training and business development.
Duration: 1 year
Structure: rotational assignments within the division
Location: Sampyeong-dong, Bundang-gu, Gyeonggi-do (relocation flexibility required)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, with evaluation for permanent placement after program completion
Essential Functions
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the market for pharmaceutical industry filter products
Responsibilities
Conduct sales activities to drive product sales and expand market presence
Build productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders at assigned customer accounts
Achieve sales, profitability, and strategic targets
Develop operational strategies through market analysis and competitor monitoring
Participate in training programs and promotional activities
Update weekly sales opportunities and complete daily CRM reports
Lead the development of optimal solutions to meet customer needs, coordinating with relevant personnel
Ensure compliance with company regulations and implement activities to enhance company reputation
Study pharmaceutical processes and regulations, including cGMP.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain) to execute business strategies and deliver tangible results.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects involving Filter and Single use system.
Qualifications
Available for full-time work from October 2025 onward
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a global environment
No restrictions on overseas travel; for male candidates, military service completed or exempted
Degree holders or expected graduates in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields
Conditions of Employment
Evaluation after one-year program and potential transition to full-time employment
During program, entry level compensation (100%) will be provided with annual incentive program
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible working hours in operation)
