Beach and Patio - Outdoor Living is a local, family-owned business specializing in customized outdoor furniture and accessories. Since 1979, we have served thousands of customers with quality products and excellent customer service. Based in Pompano Beach, FL, we cater to various needs, from large resorts to individual customers. Our offerings include commercial-grade outdoor aluminum furniture, custom cushions, umbrellas, refinishing, and complete repair services.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced customer-focused Sales Administrator position in Pompano Beach, FL. This position will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing administrative support to our sales team, and supporting our customer service requirements as the first point of contact for our valued clients including telephone and walk-ins to our showroom. Qualifications:

• Effective verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Strong ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Comfortable in a multitasking environment.
• Attention to detail because our products are custom ordered.
• Ability to compose professional emails.
• Comfortable using the computer and different software applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Pompano Beach, FL.
• Experience with Quickbooks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
