This Sales Administrative Assistant position is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment. This is a unique role for an individual with strong business acumen who can assist and support a regional sales division. The individual must be collaborative, adaptable, and a strong team player comfortable with performing a variety of tasks.
Knowledge in manufacturing and the construction industry is a definite asset. This role reports directly to the Regional Business Development Manager and supports Business Development Managers within the territory.
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands on experience with MS Office and Salesforce
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
Excellent verbal and written communication and solid reporting skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
Superior organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to set and shift priorities to successfully meet deadlines
Works collaboratively with other business units and team members
Solid research and analytical abilities
Working knowledge of office equipment
At least 3 years of related experience in mid-to-senior level administration
