We are seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support the TRICARE Health Plan in Falls Church, VA. This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site work.
Successful candidate will:
Assist senior leadership with various high visibility projects.
Coordinate weekly agendas and briefs, minutes, etc.
Manage the workflow of all written, printed and electronic communications to senior leadership and external audiences.
Prepare outgoing correspondence for leadership signature to ensure completeness of the response, accuracy, tone, clarity and conformance with applicable agency correspondence standards and procedures.
Identify priority and sensitive correspondence and taskers, researching and tracking appropriate office actions.
Develop, implement, and modify administrative processes, and ensure that appropriate coordination is achieved.
Provide executive correspondence support, memorandum review, tasker management, calendar support, take meeting minutes, and other executive support duties as needed.
Participate in cross-training and provide scheduled coverage in other areas as needed.
Qualifications include:
Ability to undergo a background investigation which requires U.S. Citizenship.
Bachelors degree plus 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Organized and able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft 365 programs to include Microsoft Teams.
Proficiency with Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) or comparable system for managing tasks and document routing.
Ability to work independently with limited oversight and guidance.
Attention to detail and responsiveness to client priorities and deadlines are key.
Prior knowledge of DoD, VA, and or Military Health System, environment preferred.
