Program Manager

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Developer Marketing Team. Our innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to grow our brand presence within the developer community. In this role, you will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of our marketing campaigns.

A successful candidate will have experience creating and executing program management and communication strategies for activities across cross-functional teams. As a program manager on the Developer team, you are able to plan ahead, manage time and priorities effectively, and distill large amounts of information into digestible formats. You are organized, resourceful, with attention to detail, and have a can-do ownership attitude.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of developer awareness strategies
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to achieve goals
  • Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery
  • Experience working with a cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents
  • A strategic mindset to understand how projects connect to larger business objectives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
