Our client, a leader in technology operations, is seeking a Product Operations Project Manager to join their team. As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will be part of the Product & Regulatory Operations organization supporting critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support project scope, develop and execute project plans for supported programs.
Drive effective, concise, and persuasive program communications, including root cause analysis and internal/external escalations.
Identify gaps in strategy, systems, and processes to support growth at scale.
General program management to define project scope, develop and execute plans, and drive risk and compliance activities.
Showcase grace under pressure and ensure effective collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
What's Needed?
8+ years of experience in operations for a tech company, consulting, or similar roles.
5+ years of project or program management experience in a corporate environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders globally.
Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for driving analytics and operational decision-making.
Experience driving collaboration of cross-functional teams and inspiring others.
