In the role of Production Service Scheduling Analyst working in Elkton, VA, you will be part of the Production Services department in brewery operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules for Packaging or Brewing Operations to meet Supply Chain demand while optimizing overall brewery throughput.
This position reports to the Unit Manager- Production Services and works closely with the Packaging Operational Teams.
The Responsibilities:
Create and optimize the Brewery / DC outbound Finished Goods Shipment plan utilizing the Load Builder / TM business applications.
Manage the Material Planning and Scheduling process in support of the brewery production schedule and manufacturing process requirements.
To accomplish these objectives schedulers must analyze demand, mix, volume, and timing while adjusting for brewery process capabilities and constraints.
Communicates and coordinates the production and execution plans in a leadership role across brewery functions.

Possess a proven record of accomplishment of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives.

We prefer you have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or like field.
You will preferably have APICS certification.
Your experience will include a minimum of two (2) year experience in production planning/scheduling and preferably experience with linear programming and data warehouse reporting.
