Our client, a leader in manufacturing and process optimization, is seeking a Process Engineer to join their dedicated team. As a Process Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and hands-on supply chain experience, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jackson, MO

Pay Range: $45/h + Benefits

What's the Job?

Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Developing and testing mechanical components, equipment, or machinery used in manufacturing lines.

Diagnosing material loss events and implementing corrective actions to optimize manufacturing efficiency.

Defining, owning, and maintaining maintenance protocols for key plant lines to ensure operational excellence.

Drafting innovative process ideas aimed at reducing costs and enhancing production rates.

What's Needed?

4+ years of experience in process engineering or related fields.

Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Hands-on experience with supply chain processes.

Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.

Ability to perform risk assessments, process simulations, and troubleshooting.
