What You Will Do
- Provide technical interpretations of drawings and specifications and analyze and resolve design tolerance problems
- Provide information to evaluate, select, and order capital test equipment and complete cost/payback analysis
- Develop, implement, and maintain test methods and processes in the manufacture and test of sub-assembly, module, and top level product for established product line
- Eliminate/reduce test defects and improve test yields for routine issues of various levels of scope
- Provide information to evaluate Customer Returned Good (CRG) activity to identify potential failure trends
- Perform room cause analysis and take corrective action to resolve test failures
What You Will Learn
- Learn how to be a manufacturing electrical engineer supporting various high-frequency communication radios & circuit board manufacturing processes
- Engineering tools used in the build & test of HF and Tacair radios. (SAP, Engineering drawings, change control board, Solidworks, AutoCAD, eView, PDM, etc.)
- Gain experience with standard work tools and processes. They will execute CORE certification
- Gain communication and collaboration skills that are key within the role

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

- Experience in manufacturing and electronics and radio frequency (RF)
