Lead the design and development of electrical parts, modules, and subsystems for integrated measurement systems.
Manage the full design lifecycle-from requirement specification and feasibility studies to component selection, cost analysis and scheduling. This includes performing detailed analysis including circuit, timing, thermal/cooling, and electrical load balancing calculations for 120-480VAC single-phase, 3-phase, and low-voltage DC power distribution systems that are in compliance with applicable standards (NEC, NFPA 79, IPC, SEMI, IEC).
Program PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley) and integrate control and safety-interlock systems.
Create conceptual and detailed designs using tools like AutoCAD and CREO, including drawings, BOMs, test procedures, and fixtures.
Lead design reviews and collaborate across subject areas (mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing).
Procure prototype parts, conduct testing, and support system integration
