Maintain accurate & up-to-date customer records. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Educate customers on medication usage & potential side effects. Keep the pharmacy clean & organized. Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines. Requires 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
