Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview: The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with agricultural producers, dealers, and distributors across the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a field-based environment and can deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned Midwest territory. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales & Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calls, networking, and industry events. Conduct on-site visits to farms, dealerships, and agribusinesses to present products and services. Prepare and deliver customized proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Support & Technical Assistance: Provide product demonstrations and training to customers. Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions for product application and performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Attend trade shows, field days, and industry events to represent the company and expand networks.

Minimum 1 year experience in sales

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
