Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Generate leads through door knocking, networking, and industry events to expand the client base.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs to facilitate sales closures.
Utilize CRM software such as Sales Rabbit to track sales activities, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory insights for reporting purposes.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements relevant to the product offerings.
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a related industry such as technology sales or management.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, account management, and closing sales deals through direct or inside sales channels.
Familiarity with CRM software like SalesRabbit or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
