As the Sales Representative Outside Sales, you will report directly to the Sales Manager, and will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects and be directly responsible for the following:
Required Skills and Experience:
Understand Total Fire Protection's strategy, business, and growth initiatives. Plan and implement strategies to market Total Fire Protection's services Directly impact company sales and revenue growth Maintain our database of qualified prospects through cold calling, personal visits and networking Identify qualified prospective clients and develop customer relationships and establish strong network with new and existing customer for continued sales growth Attend work functions, charity and industry events Deliver an established number of proposals to clients on a monthly basis, Close business and provide after-sales reports to the Sales Manager
Requirements:
The ability to create a positive buying experience; strong closing skills The ability to detect individual customer needs and clearly present key benefits of doing business with Total Fire Protection Self-motivation, strong work ethic and career-oriented Drive, persistence, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets/goals Ability to function independently in a team environment with little supervision Must have a Professional Presentation 3 years prior sales experience is a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Ability to maintain confidential client information. Excellent editing, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 3-4 days of field sales required, per week, or as directed by the Sales Manager Proactive Sales Strategy In-depth knowledge of all company services
