Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations to join their team. As an Operator 1, Warehouse Operations, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of materials and products within the facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Four Oaks, NC
Pay Range: $18-$19.25
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available Mon-Fri
What's the Job?
Operate equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials within the plant, office, or warehouse.
Maintain accurate records of materials and products handled.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist in developing skills related to material handling, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
Work under supervision to complete routine tasks with precision and attention to detail.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of warehouse or forklift
Basic skills training in operational processes such as material handling and management.
Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math.
General computer skills and the ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
