Operations Product Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Operations Product Manager to join a major fast food restaurant client as an individual contributor to be the middle man between the consumers and the companies development team.

Skills and Requirements

• Product Management Experience: 3-5+ years of Product Management experience, with a demonstrable history of shipping complex, high-impact data, B2B, or internal products.

• Crucial Domain Expertise: Direct professional experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Retail Operations.

• Data-Product Fluency: Proven experience as a "power user" of modern BI tools (Power BI preferred).

• Demonstrated "Backbone": Evidence of navigating and influencing senior technical stakeholders. You must have a history of successfully challenging technical assumptions to protect user value and MVP scope.

• Exceptional Discovery Skills: A portfolio of work (e.g., journey maps, discovery plans, problem briefs) that proves you are an expert in problem definition, not just requirements gathering. Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.

• Familiarity with modern data stacks and concepts (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Fabric, DBT, Kimball modeling).

• Experience working with data science teams to integrate models into user-facing products.

• Experience bringing AI tools to market
