Operations Pricing Specialist

The Operations Pricing Specialist will support the Transportation team by focusing on backend, tactical work. This entry-level, hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, detail, and operational excellence, with minimal external interaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute carrier requests and pull data from the platform.
• Assist in preparing quarterly business reviews and pulling pricing for carriers.
• Manage support boxes and handle internal/external requests for information.
• Provide timely and accurate operational reporting.
• Support continuous improvement, quality control, and standardization efforts.
• Learn and apply transportation and energy industry best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in data accuracy, order verification, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some flexibility.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Appleton, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
