The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the recycling and other post-collection activities within the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This role will collaborate with the Division or Market Area Manager and other managers in the business unit to execute division strategy, produce marketable commodities, and implement tactical initiatives to drive functional excellence and budget achievement.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 4-6 years of business experience with increasing responsibilities, along with 3-5 years of leadership experience with creating a positive and healthy work environment. The incumbent must have a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment and consistently demonstrating integrity for the well-being of employees and the company.
Outstanding relationship management skills, excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and formal presentation skills are required. An ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other related platforms are expected.
