Operations Manager (Mosaic)

The Operations Manager (Mosaic) assists the Director of Operations in the development and implementation of nursing policy and ensures Mosaic AICs compliance with nursing policy, nursing laws and regulations and accreditation standards. The position aids in hiring, training management, and ongoing education of Mosaic personnel. Supports departments and programs such as internal audit systems, quality assurance, and supply and equipment evaluation.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

Works seamlessly with the Nurse Practitioner Supervisors at each site and the Director of Operations to ensure nursing needs are met

Hires, coaches, evaluates, and disciplines Mosaic nursing staff

Sets performance expectations

Works with the Director of Operations and Mosaic Clinical Services Team to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures consistent with current Infusion Nurses Society and accreditation standards

Conducts training and orientation for new Mosaic nursing personnel

Helps identify and enforce best practices for nursing efficiency, workflow, and quality, supporting inter-branch consistency

Participates in the development and monitoring of the branch audit process for Mosaic to assure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical standards

Participates in the Quality Improvement Program for Mosaic

Contributes to maintenance of current information related to updates in state Board of Nursing Laws and regulations

Works closely with the Director of Operations (Mosaic) to support compliant and efficient nursing operations

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner with license in good standing; Willing to seek additional state licensure, outside of home state, to support company operation (at company expense)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge of CPR+ operating system preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary Range

USD $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 / Year
