Operations Manager
A client of Insight Global is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. This individual will be responsible for managing commercial building restoration and maintenance crews in the Kansas City, MO market. They would be responsible for outsourcing, scheduling, and managing crews to go out and do restoration work at commercial buildings in addition to doing fleet and vehicle management. Additionally, this person will be responsible for managing customer expectations and forming/maintaining strong customer relationships. This person must also be prepared to always be on call at all hours to address any crew or customer issues. Annual salary for this position is $60,000.
Skills and requirements:
Around 5 years of professional experience with an additional 2 years in a managerial position
Experience managing crews in the commercial industry
HM prefers commercial/blue collar @type industry experience: HVAC companies, carpet cleaning, large residential, etc.
Culture fit is huge for this HM
Self-starter mindset, going out and getting the job done without hand-holding
Good communication
Good collaboration skills
Ability to form relationships with internal teams and customers
O365 Suite experience
Excel and Outlook
ERP/CRM experience - Project management experience
Similar industry experience (commercial building restoration and maintenance)
Bilingual in Spanish
Any type of sales background/experience, interacting with clients
