In this role, you will support controls packages for new data center designs, with a strong emphasis on onsite and construction-phase support. Day to day, you will maintain and update controls artifacts including sequences of operation, I/O lists, PLC code, HMI graphics, alarms, historian configurations, configuration files, and testing documentation. You will provide onsite manufacturer and construction support during design validation testing (DVT), production validation testing (PVT), and first-of-a-kind (FOAK) commissioning activities, working closely with field teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and system readiness. This role requires regular onsite presence at a data center campus in Reno, Nevada, with travel as needed, and also contributes back to shared controls repositories, tools, and templates.

Skills and Requirements:
• 6+ years of controls engineering experience supporting BMS / BAS systems
• Hands-on experience with PLC code and controls documentation
• Experience with FactoryTalk View SE and/or Ignition (or other similar functional equivalent)
• Experience supporting commissioning or construction-phase activities
• Ability to work onsite in Reno, Nevada + willingness to travel as required - Experience supporting DVT, PVT, or FOAK commissioning
• Experience working directly with manufacturers or construction teams
• Data center or other mission-critical facility experience
• Experience contributing to reusable controls tools or templates
