Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
Support sustainment efforts for OHAW applications, helping to ensure quality delivery of service in data management and strategic information activities that maintain the client's OHAW operations.
Assist with the design, documentation, testing, and implementation of application features and enhancements within assigned projects (level 1).
Provide technical support to ensure OHAW applications align with and support the associated business processes.
Contribute to the design, development, planning, and implementation of activities related to analysis, visualization, dissemination, and use of data for performance improvement, under guidance from senior staff.
Collaborate with team members to implement process improvement measures within data management at the project level.
Help establish and maintain tracking for OHAW sustainment work efforts.
Support corrective actions as needed to keep sustainment efforts aligned with budget and workplan, as directed.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
2+ years of experience in business analysis or functional support for enterprise applications including:
Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
Creating process maps and workflow documentation
Requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation in enterprise environments
1+ years supporting employee health and welfare operations programs
