New Car Sales Manager

We are a large, well-established dealer group located in Downtown Chicago seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, proven dealership experience, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the new car sales department to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and inventory to maximize profitability.

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Collaborate with other dealership managers to support overall store success.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years dealership experience required.
