Position Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related collaboration technologies. Provide system support and troubleshoot any issues. Analyze and report on system performance, recommending improvement opportunities. Develop automation scripts and workflows. Stay current on best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and PowerShell. Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer service skills. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.
