Compensation Range: $22.54 - 32.54 per hour

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist to bridge the gap between brand strategy and field execution. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales and frontline marketing efforts by developing the clear, compelling content and tools our customer-facing teams need to succeed.

Your primary focus will be on execution—creating, managing, and delivering high-quality enablement materials that empower frontline operators to communicate effectively and drive partner success. From pitch decks to product guides, you will ensure our teams have the right resources at the right time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop enablement content including frontline messaging, product launch communications, sales tools, training materials, flyers, and one-pagers.
• Create content for both internal customer-facing teams and external partners.
• Execute content from existing brand decks, messaging frameworks, and design systems while also building materials from scratch when needed.
• Manage content reviews and approvals in partnership with legal and internal stakeholders.
• Publish and maintain materials within a sales enablement platform.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, and partner teams to deliver timely and accurate resources.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on content creation experience (not strategy-only).
• Proven ability to develop sales tools, enablement resources, and training materials.
• Experience using sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot or similar tools).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience using Canva for content creation.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to self-prioritize, work independently, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in product launches or large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Experience in technology or marketplace-driven organizations.
• Exposure to real estate, financial services, or partner-driven ecosystems is a plus but not required.
