Pay range: $75.35 - $83.00/hr.

Shift availability: Hybrid (Tue-Thurs) - 609 Fairview Ave N Seattle WA 98109 United States - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday Working

Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you will lead mid-size to large-scale marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and programs across digital and offline channels. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies, preferably in the education domain.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, social media, and digital platforms.
• Manage field marketing initiatives, event planning (virtual and physical), and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive analysis and insights from data to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery and alignment across teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Field Marketing, Event/Webinar Planning, and Stakeholder Management.
• Content Creation (blogs, newsletters, social media).
• Digital Marketing and campaign analytics.
• Strong B2B marketing experience (education sector experience is a big plus).
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Pay Details: $75.35 to $83.00 per hour
