Responsibilities:

Implement B2B marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement, boost order frequency, and increase basket size.

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns based on detailed briefs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Lead product-focused marketing projects, including new product introductions, label updates, and compliance modifications.

Collaborate with the Sales team to support retail programs such as displays, promotions, and specialized requests.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), create dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to inform decisions.

Analyze and refine marketing workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures for improved efficiency.

Facilitate marketing operations during acquisitions by supporting data and system integration efforts.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, activations, or project management. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage complex projects. Strong analytical abilities, including experience tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports. Comfortable working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry or with similar organizations is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
