Join us at S&P Global Ratings, the world's leading provider of credit ratings. This opportunity offers the chance to embark on a dynamic 10-week summer training and development journey beginning in June 2026. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact marketing initiatives across digital channels, content distribution, campaign execution, events, and performance measurement-while learning how marketing drives awareness, engagement, and demand in a highly regulated, fast-moving financial services environment.
The S&P Global Ratings Marketing team is collaborative and driven, focusing on Digital, Content, Campaigns, Events, and Demand Generation. It promotes Ratings' thought leadership, research, and product narratives by optimizing channel strategy, content, and performance reporting across web, email, and social media. Assist with content publishing and optimization by supporting webpage updates, email, social media, and basic QA.
Support the events team with upcoming events and learn about various event formats, tools, and functionalities.
Gain an understanding of Demand Gen and how to turn insights into action by compiling campaign and website performance snapshots (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversions), identifying trends, and synthesizing data.
Participate in a structured intern project with a small cohort-solving a real marketing challenge (e.g., improving a user journey, increasing content engagement, strengthening a distribution plan, launching a new product)-and present recommendations at the end of the program.
Learn marketing operations and governance by following approval workflows and understanding how we ensure external-facing content meets policy and compliance standards.
Discover how AI enhances modern marketing by utilizing approved AI tools to speed up research, synthesize data, and refine draft outputs.
