The role is responsible for end-to-end campaign execution within Braze, including setup, audience segmentation, scheduling, and advanced personalization using Liquid Logic with conditional content, dynamic variables, and nested logic. This position ensures high-quality deployments across push, in-app, and proprietary channels through rigorous QA and troubleshooting. The candidate will collaborate closely with campaign owners, strategy teams, and engineers to ensure accurate campaign intake, optimize Braze SDK usage, and maintain alignment with brand and compliance standards. Responsibilities also include analyzing campaign performance, delivering actionable insights, implementing A/B testing strategies, and maintaining thorough documentation. Additional duties involve reviewing templates for brand and functional accuracy, mapping cross-channel user flows (with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud), identifying platform limitations, and partnering with marketing operations to streamline workflows and enhance deployment efficiency. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with campaign owners to execute all aspects of campaign production within Braze. We need someone with experience in Liquid scripting and would prefer someone with exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud as well if possible.
Skills and Requirements
3+ years' experience working in Braze, including push and in-app
3+ years utilizing Liquid Logic to create and code deployments from scratch as well as use of in-app editors
Expert in Liquid scripting for dynamic content personalization
Experience in responsive/fluid design, accessibility and dark mode environments
Experience QAing complex campaign logic and responsive builds
Basic HTML/CSS understanding for editing in-app templates
High attention to detail and strong project management skills - Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email
