Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will focus on creating streamlined workflows, optimizing project management systems, and enhancing operational efficiency within marketing processes. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, thrives in a structured environment, and is eager to drive process improvements that support team collaboration and project success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated workflows and templates within platforms such as Asana, Wrike, or similar tools.

Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and implement solutions to streamline operations.

Standardize project intake methods, tracking systems, and reporting procedures across teams.

Create structured task timelines, approval workflows, and automated notifications to ensure consistency in project execution.

Train team members on best practices for utilizing project management platforms and provide clear documentation.

Monitor project progress and deliver detailed updates through dashboards, reports, and status summaries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workflows with organizational goals and ensure seamless communication.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within project management systems, ensuring optimal performance.

Manage user onboarding, permissions, and access within platforms to maintain system security.

Support the development of scalable processes and programs that enhance team efficiency and enable growth.

Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, operations, or workflow optimization.

Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or similar platforms.

Strong ability to design and map workflows, emphasizing process improvement.

Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex systems and training teams effectively.

Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track progress and performance.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email campaign management.
