Marketing Associate

Our client, a global beauty brand, is looking for a freelance Marketing Associate to join their NY team, 40 hours per week, in a hybrid remote/onsite capacity! This will be onsite two days per week, and remote three. The Freelance Marketing Associate will:

• Support new product launches with concept, copy, product positioning, packaging, sample coordination, and go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with sales/retail teams to develop in-store and online promotions, and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support the ABM and BM, and handle tasks assigned by senior team members.
• Coordinate PR events, sample activations, and pop-ups.
• Track SKU performance, campaign performance, and assist with preparing a weekly + monthly report.

The freelance Marketing Associate has:

• Ideally 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or the CPG industry.
• Experience with Sephora, Ulta, or other specialty beauty channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• A passion for skincare, and knowledge/interest in beauty trends.
• Ideally candidates will have experience at a Korean beauty company (Ex: Amorepacific, Dr. Jart+, COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Medicube). While not a requirement, Korean bilingual skills would also be a strong plus.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
