QuidelOrtho is looking for a Marketing Analyst Intern that wants to spend their summer of 2026 working towards our mission: Changing Lives, One Test at a Time. Interns will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and develop their skills all while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Our team will help students apply their educational background and broaden their knowledge base within their role and learn more about working in the medical device/biotech industry. Interns will work with a mentor(s) on a guided and impactful project and will be able to collaborate with and be part of a supportive and dedicated team. Our team manages a diverse portfolio of body fluid tests that impact the lives of over 600,000 patients worldwide every day. We are looking for a motivated intern to support launch readiness activities and market studies to ensure a successful and on-time launch for two Platforms product lines. To conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis as needed. Support downstream marketing activities as needed. This position is available in Rochester, NY. This Internship is a full-time (40 hours per week) paid program for 10-12 weeks. Session 1: June 15th through August 15th Session 2: July 6th through September 21st.

The Responsibilities

Support launch readiness and market studies by compiling meeting agenda, notes and following up on open action items

Support the development of a Voice Of Customer feedback loop for field associates on software updates and customer satisfaction survey

Conduct competitive intelligence research to capture the competitive landscape and identify competitive strategies

Support downstream marketing activities such as updating the Systems website pages

Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Job Deliverables

Launch readiness and market study activities

The intern will present a PowerPoint presentation on his/her work to a cross-functional group.

The Individual Required

Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Master's program - Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology) or Biomedical Engineering

Understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong project management skills

Passion for understanding diagnostics, market dynamics and customer behavior

Strong communication skills to communicate findings and recommendations

Experience in highly collaborative projects with multiple stakeholders and departments

Must have work authorization in the United States at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Preferred:

Experience with Power BI and other analytical tools
