Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX, as a Manufacturing Support Team Member - Staff (Level 4). In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring production aligns with engineering requirements while coordinating across engineering, quality, and customer-facing functions.
Ensure Production Accuracy - Work closely with engineering teams to confirm that build processes meet design specifications.
Support Quality & Compliance - Partner with Quality and Material Review Board (MRB) teams to assess non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Engage with Customers & Auditors - Serve as a liaison with DCMA and external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with program and contractual standards.
Drive Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and quality enhancements within manufacturing operations.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
