Manufacturing Support Technician - Shift 3

Clean Room Equipment Technician

Performs equipment cleaning tasks related to small parts used in clean rooms (process areas) per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with production schedules.

This includes loading of parts washer, unloading of parts washer, bagging, and labeling of small parts used for manufacturing production

Maintaining small part inventory

Gowning into the clean room includes donning a gown (jumpsuit), hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask

Following current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs)

Technicians will be expected to document the performed tasks accurately and per the approved procedure. All documents are subject to review by regulatory agencies and therefore must be maintained appropriately.

Performing unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules.

Flexibility and continuous support must be always provided to assist 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) including proper documentation of training.

Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards.

Flexibility to work according to the production schedule, as required.

Skills and requirements

Requires high school diploma or equivalent, along with some relevant work experience.
