The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $71,700 - $93,810. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer Level II, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer II is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes on the manufacturing floor. This role focuses on implementing quality controls, resolving issues and collaborating with teams to maintain compliance with standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Implementation: Establish and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet required specifications.
  • Issue Investigation: Identify, investigate and resolve manufacturing quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
