As a Manufacturing & Process Engineer, you'll split your time between the office and the factory floor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements across both administrative and manufacturing processes for our Voltage Regulator production lines. Your day will involve analyzing workflows, conducting time studies, and driving lean initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity in all areas of the operation. You'll lead projects, solve problems, and support the integration of new technologies-all while ensuring a safe, high-performing, and continuously improving work environment.
Lead lean initiatives to optimize both manufacturing and administrative processes, reducing waste and driving continuous improvement.
Redesign factory layouts to improve workflow, safety, and scalability.
Implement automation solutions and new technologies to enhance productivity and quality in production and support functions.
Conduct time studies and process analyses to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and administrative teams to integrate new processes and technologies.
Support training initiatives to promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level role.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.
Hands-on experience with automation technologies and time study methodologies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
