We're seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support pre-production activities for our innovative Photon Counting CT (PCCT) detector engineering program in Waukesha, WI. This is your chance to play a critical role in developing the next generation of medical imaging technology.

In this role, you will:

• Operate precise production equipment to manufacture CT detectors and subcomponents.
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge medical devices that impact patient outcomes.
• Proactively identify hazards and drive safety improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve processes and work instructions.
• Execute and document experiments, providing valuable data for process optimization.
• Maintain a cleanroom environment following 5S protocols.

We're looking for someone with:

• An Associate's degree (or High School diploma with 2+ years of technical experience).
• Strong troubleshooting skills at a subsystem and system level.
• The ability to interpret technical information and follow detailed instructions.
• Exceptional fine motor skills and visual acuity.
• A safety-first mindset and a commitment to meeting delivery goals.
