We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support validation, development, and optimization of automated and semi-automated manufacturing processes for medical devices.

Contract: 1 year+ contract potential extension or conversion
Lead and execute equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Develop, validate, and improve manufacturing processes
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and perform data analysis (DOE, ANOVA, Gage R&R, Cp/Cpk)
Support production equipment and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
Design fixtures and drawings using SolidWorks
Create and maintain standard work documentation
Collaborate cross-functionally and manage project timelines
Qualifications:
B.S. in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering (M.S. preferred)
1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturing
Experience with validation, statistical analysis, and Minitab
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles preferred
Eligibility Requirements
Must currently reside within commuting distance of [Houston, TX].

Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
