We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and grow our manufacturing processes. An ideal candidate has experience with SolidWorks CAD Modeling, heavy fabrication processes, manufacturing documentation and quality control to support both new and legacy projects.
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, optimize, and oversee manufacturing processes for amusement rides, amusement related components, and specialty projects. This role involves establishing and improving processes related to welding, forming, machining, coatings, and assembly, ensuring quality control for all production. Additional responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, creation of manufacturing and assembly drawing packages, sourcing acceptable and qualifying replacement parts due to vendor obsolescence. The position also requires research and use of archived drawings and historical data to maintain continuity of product support throughout the lifecycle of A.R.M. (USA) Inc. projects.
Develop, document, and optimize manufacturing processes for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components. This will require working with the production teams to determine best paths forward using the skills and tools available in the company. This may require recommending new processes.
