Manufacturing Engineer
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support assembly areas to determine the best manufacturing process with a strong emphasis on lean manufacturing principles, safety, quality and on-time delivery. You’ll serve the best customers from all over the world from general, business and commercial aviation. To be successful in this role, you will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations.
Serve as technical liaison with engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements
Partner with the quality team to establish and maintain quality procedures, including inspection and testing methods
Perform root-cause analysis on product/process failures to recommend and implement corrective action to eliminate problems
Maintain standardized work documentation
Prioritize lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to meet efficiency, productivity, quality, and reliability
